Northern California Chapter Membership

The Traffic Control Supervisors Association (T.S.C.A) was formed for the following purposes:

• To provide a means and environment for exchange of ideas and knowledge for mutual benefit.
   
• Through association, to keep abreast of the latest mechanical and technical developments of materials, tools and equipment.
   
• To meet periodically for the purpose of discussing subjects of general or specific interest which may be traffic zone painting, curb markings, traffic control signs, or general traffic control problems.

There shall be three classes of membership in the T.C.S.A.: Regular, Associate and Life

Regular Membership:    shall be open to any full time employee of a city, town or other jurisdiction whose primary duties are working with traffic painting, sign maintenance or related fields and who pays annual dues.

Associate Membership (Vendor):    may be granted to any individual or company upon application for membership, and payment of prescribed annual dues, subject to the approval of the Board.

Life Member:    shall be an individual who has been a Regular Member, or an Associate Member (Vendor) who has been retired from his/her company or agency.

The annual dues are:

Regular Membership annual dues shall be $50 per agency; due and paid by December 15th of each calendar year.

Associate Members annual dues shall be $40.00 per company per chapter.  The State board will process all Associate Membership Applications. 

Life Members shall not pay any dues but will be required to register annualy and pay one half of workshop fee.
